CORNERSTONE TECHNOLOGIES is a modest family business with its head office located in Cairns, in the Far North of Queensland.
We have supplied, serviced, repaired, calibrated and supported Process Control Equipment, together with much "Test and Measurement" Equipment to users in Queensland, Northern Territory, Irian Jaya, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu and the Pacific Islands Groups, plus many other places we service.

CORNERSTONE TECHNOLOGIES is a privately owned company with talented employees and is the main business in a small group of businesses; hence the web-site address is "www.ctgroup.com.au ".
We provide Sales, Service and Technical Support for the products that we sell, but also offer repair, Service and Calibration facilities for a wide range of instruments from many manufacturers.

We currently service clients all over Australia as well as in the offshore markets previously mentioned & employ extra staff as and when the needs arise.
Our Primary Clients have been in "Base Metals" mining and processing:  (e.g.Gold, Copper, Lead, Zinc)

We are always flexible and able to change our focus to suit the ever-changing needs within our marketplace and in recent times we have been involved in the projects that require any of the following elements:

                - MULTI-CHANNEL MONITORING SYSTEMS -- for temperatures or process signals
                - TRANSFORMER POLARITY TESTER -- Handheld unit
                - INCENDIARY DISPENSING MACHINE -- Starts fires from Helicopters or Fixed-wing Aircraft

We have the capabilities to solve most engineering and technical challenges that are set before us and as such we will deliver solutions to our customers to suit their needs and solve their problems.

 



Customer Training

 

We offer training courses to all clients, both offshore & onshore, for instrumentation & related areas such as:
                                                - Calibration Techniques and Procedures
                                                - Electronic Instrumentation systems
                                                - Pneumatic instrumentation systems
                                                - Rationalizing a company's Instrumentation Inventory

 



Engineering Services

 

Up until the last few years we have had very little need to offer much 'Engineering Services' to clients, since most companies have had staff members who are fully capable of doing the installations & commissioning, as well as the training of their staff; however that trend is changing rapidly.
CORNERSTONE TECHNOLOGIES can supplement your staffing needs and together with our affiliates will be able to supply you quality sub-contractors, with experience, who are capable of the work required.

 



Technical Personnel

 

We also can hire Technical Personnel, where they require a particular task to be performed, but do not have the necessary manpower or technical expertise to carry it out. Our staff together with the staff of our affiliate companies, can offer businesses a wide variety of expertise to help solve their various needs.

 



Repairs & Calibrations

 

Our workshop can handle most of the common needs that customers may require from time to time; however, should they have a requirement that we ourselves cannot manage, then we can again look to our affiliates in the other states as previously mentioned and work with them to meet our customers' needs.
